Barrel View Luxury Cabins is a tranquil place, and the property is thoughtfully designed to be an adults-only experience.
Children aren’t allowed, and the freedom of our honesty bars  means that this policy is non-negotiable. This includes babies and  infants.

Therefore, you won’t need an excuse to leave the kids at home – you can just blame us!

HOW MANY BARRELS DO WE HAVE?

Barrel View has 3 lux cabin accommodations on the property, each beautifully designed and styled.
Each cabin accommodates a maximum of 2 adults only.

HOW TO ACCESS THE ROOM

Barrel View Luxury Cabins is a key-less property.  There are no physical keys or lock boxes to obtain keys to the cabin.

Access codes to your room will be provided via your booking URL.  This is delivered to you via email upon booking.
Once you are at the cabin, simply enter your access code into the keypad, left of the barrel door.

Access codes are only valid for the dates of your stay and will only work at your reserved 'Barbera', 'Tempranillio' or 'Saparavi' barrel.  Please ensure you check your booking details and that you are checking into the correct room.

NOISE & PARTY POLICY

For the consideration of all guests staying at Barrel View, please reduce noise levels between 10pm & 7am.

Barrel View Luxury Cabins has a zero tolerance policy on parties being held on the property. A party being defined as
 • Any situation where the noise level from a guest room disturbs other guests.
 • Any situation where it is deemed that intoxication is occurring.
 • Any situation where it is identified that excessive alcohol or noise is present

In  the event that any room guest is identified as having a party, Barrel  View Luxury Cabins reserves the right to immediately request all  occupants of the guest room up to, and including, the guest who has  registered for the guest room to vacate the premises.
 In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be  charged for any expense resulting  from additional cleaning of the guest room, replacement of any  furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in or around the Cabins, communal  and building areas at any time.  
This applies to both traditional  smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems including vapes,  vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes  or e-cigs), e-pipes and any variations of the foregoing regardless of  the product’s name.

Barrel View is located in Bushland and can be venerable to embers from cigarettes which can result in a bushfire. 
If ANY  evidence of smoking is found in the Cabin or around the communal and  building areas, your stay is subject to immediate termination of the  rental agreement and a $400 cleaning fee.

VISITORS AND UNREGISTERED GUESTS

Access to Barrel View Luxury Cabins is exclusive for registered guests only.
Should unregistered guests and visitors occupy rooms or facilities, the termination of rental agreement will apply

WHAT IS THE BED CONFIGURATION & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF THE ROOM

The maximum occupancy for all barrel cabins is 2 adults.

Each room has 1 x King bed 
The bed can not be spilt into 2 x king singles.

Additional bedding is not available in the barrel cabins
