A new chapter in Granite Belt winemaking

Nestled on the gentle southwest-facing slopes of Ballandean, Vista Barile Wines is the newest wine label to take root in this iconic Queensland region. Located at 60 Rees Road, the vineyard was long established in the area—and in March 2025, it was lovingly acquired by Steven and Amy Torrisi, a Granite Belt-born couple bringing fresh energy and deep local roots to the land.

Now part of the Barrel View Estate, and proudly associated with Barrel View Luxury Cabins, Vista Barile Wines represents the next step in our journey—combining elegant estate wines with the unforgettable experience of staying in Australia’s first luxury wine barrel cabins.

With a revitalised vineyard, a growing collection of estate-grown reds and whites, and a shared passion for the region, we’re thrilled to be joining the Granite Belt wine community. We can’t wait to welcome you to the vineyard, share a glass, and celebrate everything we love about this place we call home.
